By placing an order while our website is open full-time, you acknowledge that your cup may remain in the production lineup for up to 2 weeks before it is shipped. If you included specific instructions in the notes and requested for your cup to be made off live, please understand that refunds will not be issued if you are unsatisfied with the final result.

Additionally, if your order includes more than one decal per cup and you are attempting to delay or hold decals, your order will be automatically refunded in full.
